Ghosts Paragraph:
The Farnsworth did not really strengthen my belief in ghosts. Farnsworth seemed fake kind of and not as believable. It seemed like they wanted you to get scared and not find proof of ghosts. Before this trip I always thought of ghosts as just a scary story for fun not energy left from people or even animals, ghosts were a distraction made to scare you. In Farnsworth there were 14 ghosts that have appeared and about six or seven that appear more frequently. There were two children, one a eight year old boy named Jermany that died touching a horse while playing chicken in the road and is a tricker, and Sissy a five year old girl that died in the house. Then there was a maid Mary that loved taking care of the sick or pregnant and would give off a rose scented aroma. There was also a 13 year old girl that had an edge and would severally scare people. All the rest were men that fought in the battle of Gettysburg.
In the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum was more scary and creepy for me because it was more real there. When we got there we were split into four groups that each had a guide first we went to the children's ward.e where we met a five year old girl that was really nice that we communicated with, with a flash light and a K2 meter they say that in this wore that you can sometimes see things peeking out of door ways or going across the halls and I thought I saw something like a shadow but was not sure. We also heard voices on the floor where the drug addicts on. When we went into the hall for the most aggressive and when we asked if they wanted us to go we heard a "UH" noise that was not from us. And in the same hall the metal rods were answering us. This part of the trip changed my perspective from non-believer to undecided and close to a believer.
Historical/ Other:
Corning was a lot of fun and we looked all kind of different pieces of art and I got a glass flower there. In Philly we went on a walking tour of different historical places and that was very cool. As well as the tour in Gettysburg and the info we found out about the Battle was really cool and interesting. All together the trip was very fun and interesting.
